I don't know what's the difference beside the roll & they serve their bahn mi warm (it could be that) it's so good, i need to figure out what's make it good. . Meat veg roll ratio , spot on. Definitely go bak for another bahn mi. Got excited when i saw beijing duck bahn mi, WHAT. Turn me down when it's vegan .
5 Another in our search for the perfect Bahn Mi and, we may have found it. The Local Cafe was well worth the hour drive. The staff were friendly. The cafe was clean. And the food and drinks were exceptional. And the owner couldn't have been nicer. My crispy roasted pork Bahn Mi was full of flavour and you could taste every ingredient. And, the roll was warm and crispy! It had the perfect amount of chili, coriander, carrots, cucumber and crispy pork. It could be the best I've had. The chicken Bahn Mi was also delicious. The Vietnamese salted coffee and Vietnamese coconut coffees were something special also. We finished with the heaviest jam donut I have ever had. There was maybe half a jar of jam in it! But, it was really nice. Perfect with the coffees. All in all, a great little cafe and well worth the trip.
5 A slapping banh mi, I had the pork and had to go back two days later for another one, so yummy. And it mixed perfectly with the Vietnamese salted coffee.. omg, delish! The girls working here are so polite and friendly
5 Probably one of the top banh mi's in melbourne. The crispy pork belly was crispy without being hard or chewy. The rolls are fresh and crisp while staying soft in the middle. The cookie had great flavour and textue. Great service and friendly staff.

5 The best combination of Vietnamese food and Japanese drink lover. Cherry blossom latte and Banh Mi. Hojicha latte and Banh Mi. Banh Mi bun is crunchy outside soft inside. Crispy pork is very nice and tasty. BBQ pork is yum. Best of the best. Cherry blossom latte is very good, little sweet, and able to enjoy good cherry blossom flavor. It is almost the only few cafe that makes this. And this is the only cafe in the West side that serve it. Hojicha is really good. They serve with honey, you can opt out honey too. Very authentic Japanese flavor, just like in Japan. With coffee shot, this is just perfect for morning. They have good number of seats indoor, no outdoor seating. Most of the seat are next to window. Staff are very friendly. They also have jumbo size takeaway drink too. Price is average as other cafe. Plenty of street parking nearby. Other menu than Banh Mi sold out very quick.
